on being a floridian in a new country.

Lizards. Every time something moves on the ground, I look to see the lizard.

Time difference. I end up talking to people at midnight, because it’s finally evening over in the States.

Hurricanes. When I see a large glass store front, thinking about the hassle during hurricane season.

Skirts. My light, cotton skirts are made possible with the help of leggings, boots, and two shirts. Sometimes a cardigan too.

NASA. I heard a loud noise the other night and immediately thought it must have been the sonic boom.
